You're the experts here. :) The context of rfkill is that its a 20k
module (loaded size on amd64) that gives you a software on/off toggle
for radios, and shows you the state of physical on/off switches.
It's arguably something that should just be turned on if networking is
enabled, assuming there's an obvious location for that.
