[linux-yocto] [PATCH 0/2][3.4] fri2: Fix MMC errors and 32bit EFI service mapping

Backport the MMC debug patch to avoid gratuitous spewage of MMC warnings to the
console. This impacts FRI2, but likely any MMC based device.

Forward port the 32bit EFIservicing patch from our 3.2 tree to silence the
ioremap messages at boot.

These apply safely to standard/base tiny and preempt-rt.

The following changes since commit 449f7f520350700858f21a5554b81cc8ad23267d:

perf annotate: replace 'expand' with equivalent sed expression (2012-10-08 09:33:05 -0400)
