Missing firmware files
I have a .bbappend which I use to add some non-public firmware
files to linux-firmware. This set up used to work, but today

Yes, the documentation is misleading - yocto-bsp assumes you're in the
build directory after you've sourced oe-init-build-env, and not the poky
dir.
