m4 build failure - master && denzil branch
So, I'm fairly sure this is a real build failure this time, again on the poky master and denzil branch.
Please see attached file as the log is too big to paste.

I apologise for this, I am running this in VirtualBox with a shared folder and it seems to have issues with creating symlinks - investigating now...

Re: menuconfig vs. config fragments?
Adding the .cfg extension does indeed fix my problem. Thanks for the help.

Re: menuconfig vs. config fragments?
This would be the key part, since as a few noted, .cfg is what
triggers the fragment
processing to actually notice the file and stack it after the base /
defined configuration.
Cheers,

I agree, something in the back of my mind is shouting that config fragments should have a .cfg extension.

menuconfig vs. config fragments?
my goal of this test was to see if I could use the n450 BSP as a starting point for a BSP to support my Acer Aspire One n450 based netbook. The core-image-sato will boot from USB key on the netbook

Re: build failure on denzil-7.0 n450 part 2
I tried the same thing here, poky denzil and n450 denzil and it built
fine with no changes at all.
Somehow your setup is causing the last SRCREVS to be picked up instead
of what should be - since

build failure on denzil-7.0 n450 part 2
Since I started over on my build from the long thread on this subject, I thought I'd start another thread on the issue.
I took the tarball for poky-denzil-7.0 and extracted it into my home directory.
