Re: Connecting to target using eclipse/ADT
So do you have access to your target at all? Can you verify that the tcf-agent is up running on the target device?

Tom, how long does this take before a git pull will get the changes into my system? I tried when I saw your email and nothing was updated.

I added an Upstream-status: header when I pulled it in. See repo.

Re: [PATCH] Fix X server on emenlow when built with gcc 4.7.x
Why not use patch with proper headers like Upstream-Status? (just copy
it oe-core patch properly).
Or does meta-intel have different commit guidelines?
Cheers,

Re: runqemu qemux86
Since we use a static IP configuration for the QEMU sessions, /etc/resolv.conf isn't populated with a nameserver. If you enter one, it should work.
I'm not sure if there is something we can/should

I did try it out on core-image-minimal and I can ping anything I have the IP for. Not sure how you get the DNS connections working in qeum.

Correct.
I'm hesitant to say this, but I'm hoping to have the bug fixed and patch submitted by the end of this week. Hopefully I haven't just jinxed myself. :)

Re: sending ioctl 5310 to a partition!
If you want to put the image on a hard drive use the .ext3 image and follow the "how do I" on the wiki at:
https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/How_do_I#Q:_How_do_I_put_Yocto_on_a_hard_drive.3F

Re: runqemu qemux86
There is some sort of routing or IP forwarding bug in the sato images that is due to be fixed soon. One thing I've found is you can actually get out to the internet for about 30 seconds or so

Pulled into meta-intel/master.
