Not sure how i missed this but the `--sysroot` is wrong. somehow its pulling the sysroot for a different package. it should be `--sysroot=/home/vagrant/oe_qcom_honister/build-cdil/tmp-cdil-glibc/work/cortexa53-linaro-linux/
