Do you have a script to generate such release notes?

I'm now converting the release notes to .rst format for inclusion in the
documentation (see https://lists.yoctoproject.org/g/docs/message/2488) ,
and I'll be happy to automatically generate them in the right format,
with some hyperlinks to the corresponding tree and commits.
