[PATCH] machine-overrides-extender.bbclass: Fix multilib parsing
The 'ConfigParsed' event was too early and when we mangled the
MACHINEOVERRIDES using the extender, we ended overriding some values
when using together with multilib.
This fixes the multilib use-case
